The family business W. Fontaine from Ecublens near Lausanne handles private moves with its own staff. On request, the company takes care of professional packing and unpacking as well as the disassembly and reassembly of furniture, including USM furniture setup.

For upper floors, two furniture lifts are available: one mounted on a trailer reaches up to the eighth floor, and a lighter model up to the fifth. Heavy items like pianos are moved with an electric tracked carrier for loads of around 600 kilograms. The company also offers clearance and disposal as well as storage in its own warehouse, and moving boxes are provided with free delivery and pickup.

Liability and transport insurance are included. The company puts together a non-binding quote within 24 hours after an on-site visit.
