Diversa Group AG, founded in 2014 and headquartered on Europaallee in Zurich, offers move-out cleaning at a fixed price that includes material and travel and comes without hourly rates. The price depends on the apartment size. The base price covers, among other things, the kitchen with oven and steam extractor, descaled wet rooms, and blinds and shutters; window cleaning can be added on.

The guarantee is described as a 100 percent handover guarantee under Swiss tenancy law. If the property management flags an issue at handover, the company touches up the work for free until it's accepted. There's a free walkthrough beforehand, either on site or by video, and a quote valid for 14 days.

Beyond final cleaning, Diversa covers private and commercial moves, clearances and disposal, furniture storage, and post-construction cleaning. The company works across Switzerland and, besides Zurich, has locations in Bern, Baar, and Zug; it's also active around St. Gallen.
