MYBOX rents out storage rooms it describes as secure, clean and dry, at six locations across German-speaking Switzerland: three in the Zurich area (Zurich West, Zurich East and Regensdorf), two in Bern (Bethlehem and Ittigen), and one in Basel. Customers store private items like furniture as well as business records and files. A volume calculator on the site helps estimate the right unit size in advance.

Access is available around the clock, seven days a week, using a PIN code or badge. There is no notice period, and billing runs by the exact day for moving in and out; utility costs are included, and paying in advance brings up to ten percent off. MYBOX says it operates more than 700 storage rooms and has around 15 years of experience. Advice is available in German, English and French.
